When I first got into NetSuite consulting, I saw the same problem everywhere—businesses expected fast responses, senior consultants, and minimal back-and-forth. But that wasn’t happening. Instead, companies struggled with slow replies, inexperienced support, and misaligned expectations.

As Senior Delivery Manager, I lead NetSuite service delivery across APAC, EMEA, and NOAM regions. Since launching the service in September 2023, our team has successfully contributed to a 180% increase in client growth, expanding from 5 to 14 clients in 2024. My goal is to drive impactful change by developing people, optimizing processes, and fostering strong client relationships to deliver practical solutions that empower teams and clients for measurable, long-term success.

• Leading NetSuite Delivery across APAC, EMEA, and NOAM regions, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
• Overseeing NetSuite module implementations, including Advanced Financials, OneWorld, Electronic Bank Payments, Advanced Inventory, and more.
• Managing integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems using REST API and SFTP to enhance operational efficiency.
• Using SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, and Reports to create custom solutions that provide clients with clear insights, helping them make informed decisions and optimize operations.

I lead service delivery, project execution, and resource management for our NetSuite practice in the North America region. I manage consultant assignments, oversee service agreements, track reporting, and serve as the first point of contact for technical escalations, ensuring smooth and efficient project operations.


With a strong background as a Functional Consultant and Project Manager across the Service, AMP (Agency, Media, Publishing), and Field Service Management industries, I am committed to delivering projects on time, within budget, and with outstanding client satisfaction. Beyond project delivery, I actively support pre-sales initiatives, client relationship management, partner onboarding, and internal operations contributing to the overall success and growth of our delivery team.
